I bought one very similar to that..I got it because I want to protect the screen as much as possible but some people that have the "creaking" issue(I don't, BTW) find that it remedies the situation.

Mine is slightly different..there is a rigid cover that covers the screen but you still can have access to the keyboard.

So I got it and fits perfectly but do I like it? So So...I can see this case to protect G1 from drops (barely) but scratches definitely.

Ill take some pix later on. The LCD protection I got is good too but the instructions on how to apply is a joke lol.

Last night when I put my g1 in my pocket half of the cover just slide off and wasn't really happy about it.

Best way to use this cover is if you had clip on G1 case.

yea get back to us w/ a review, because right now i really need a case that will protect it.  The last two good phones I had the screens broke when it was in my pocket.  So I don't want that to happen to this one.

Review? Don't buy it , lcd screen is not bad but the ruber looks cool and everything but every now and then it slips off the phone! I hate it especially when I would recive call and I have to pull G1 out of my pocket. Thats where the rubber is all over G1 and due to that I missed 4 calls ...so I took it off...

Nice, I've been looking at covers like this since day 1. I dropped my G1Bronze once and have a small scratch on the corner near the green call button.

My friend has this for his BB Bold and likes it. I think I'm going to buy it and I'll let you know what I think.

yea somebody get the invisible shield and tell me how it is.  I saw that the day I bought it, but didn't know how gould it would be (thought it was that stupid plastic stuff that makes the phone even more thick and makes the buttons hard to press).

i've dropped mine a lot and it still hasn't scratched, i guess i've been lucky, i'm definitely going to get the invisible shield if it's worth it.

Alright, I just finished up applying my "full" body Invisible Shield and so far not happy. I do think that everyone should get the SCREEN shield part because that is pretty nice. The rest of the shield doesn't look very nice on the black G1. They say it will take 2-3 days to fully settle and that it will look better so I am going to wait and see how that turns out.

So Invisible Shield review: get screen protector, don't waist the money for the full body.

that invisible shield actually never really convinced me. i always thought it was a waste of money. it is expensive by the way!! ugh... my sister got one of those for her ipod and she took it off the same exact nite that she got it. she said it was horrible. it looks hidius. dnt get that. thats a joke.
