^ chatroom is not needed..we got a shoutbox for that already..not alot of member is active at the sametime anyways..chatroom on forum = more money every month..not worth it at all..

- game online section so members can try to beat eachother scores[keep a member active when they got nothing to do on the net even tho there no trouble with their phone..they be here trying to be top player ]

- list useful tips in all thread and closed it and only edit it when more good useful tips/helpful is find and sticky it soo the thread will remind on top [example - T-Mobile G1 Troubleshooting ..make a new thread in it with all good information needed and put it in a thread and only edit it when there is more good useful tips on how to solve it....close the thread soo the thread can be clean from people posting in it soo it be a useful tip/helping thread only...

i think it would be cool to have like a app of the month thread or something like it. also a water cooler section (where you can chat about anything else)

hi im a new user, and i luv my G1 ^_^

im a php coder, well ex-coder dont do it anymore, its free if you can find someoen to make a chat room it could be free there are tons of  free scripts  out there, it would be kool to have a chat room so we could always talk and see and get others opinion on applications

I agree with the chatroom but there is only 10-15 people online at one time, so from previous experience with my car club chat did not work very well, was cool for first 2-3 days there was 2-5 people in there, but then again died out. Shoutbox is not bat either you can ask if anyone is online or say your opinion and whoever wants to they can reply.

But I will add chat room let say when we hit 1000 members? I think we will see more and more returning visitors. I expect to see 1000 members by end of the year if not even earlier than that.

I 2nd the "Water Cooler" area. When I'm on the Traxxas Board, that's where I visit the most! I also like the idea of having a place where we can download the top 10 apps, or see reviews

Somebody call for a C++ coder?  I can code C++, java, javascript, LOA, actionscript, HTML, XHTML, XML, can use CSS..... anyways...... it isn't that simple.  You would need to combine like java and HTML to get it to work, and would need a server network that it would work on (have tried to make one before... didn't work).  Would be nice, but you wont get it for free.

I could add chat to this site no problem...ill look into that...it will probably be some code that's already been build , i really have limited time to spend on coding stuff

Apps on the G1 use Java.

yea, ive made a chat app for a website before.. based off of somebody elses code.  But didn't have the server to run it on.. so don't know if it worked.  Umm.. it wasn't too hard.. but still, it would be easier to just pick up one built off the internet for like 5 bucks if you need to pay for hosting it anyway.. which i dont think TmobileG1 wants to do, since he doesn't have any adds on here.. meaning, hes not getting money for this site.
